Fall Artist Showcase

Artists:  If you would like to be considered for this year's showcase, please read through the details and requirements below first.   If you qualify to present, you may submit your information before the application deadline date of Friday, October 11th by clicking on the Submit Application button at the bottom of this page.

 

Please Note: Applying for the showcase does not guarantee a showing.

 

 

  • You must be registered as an Artist Member of NSAC, as of Friday, October 11, 2019.

  • You must be able to commit on Wednesday, November 20th between the hours of 9:00 - 11:30 am.

  • You are able to present a program that is 15 minutes long (MAX.) You may use the whole time to perform or leave a few minutes for a Q&A session with the audience.

  • You have not participated in our showcase within the past three to four years.

  • The facility opens at 8:30 am and a stage is available for your use.  (click to view photo of stage)

  • You are able to set up and take down within 5 minutes ... or set up between 8:30 am and 9:30 am and move quickly into place at appropriate time.

  • You must bring your own A/V equipment including a microphone, if desired.

  • The audience will consist of elementary students, grades K- 5, as well as enrichment programmers throughout the North Shore area and other MA Arts Council regions.

  • We anticipate having ~50 students and ~30 enrichment coordinators present.

  • Artists will be chosen and notified by Friday, October 25, 2019.

  • NSAC cannot reimburse artists for their travel expenses.
